These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by LG Athletic Performance LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Huntington Beach, California. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

LG Athletic Performance LLC provides youth athletic training programs including 1-on-1 Training, Group Training, and Speed & Agility sessions in Orange County, California. All services are subject to availability and coach scheduling.

2. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for youth athletes. A parent or legal guardian must create an account, register each athlete, and sign the required waiver before any training session may take place. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating athlete(s).

3. Bookings & Payment

All session bookings are made through our online platform and require payment at the time of booking via Stripe. Prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment processing. LG Athletic Performance LLC does not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled securely by Stripe.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by contacting us directly at lgathleticperformance@gmail.com or by calling (714)-800-0514. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach availability, weather, or other circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Waiver & Assumption of Risk

All participants must have a signed waiver on file before their first session. The waiver includes an Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability acknowledging the inherent risks of athletic training. By completing the waiver, the parent or legal guardian voluntarily accepts those risks on behalf of the athlete.

6. Photo & Video Consent

During registration, parents may optionally consent to allow LG Athletic Performance LLC to use photographs and video recordings of their child for marketing and promotional purposes. This consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of LG Athletic Performance LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LG Athletic Performance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
