Account Information
Name, email address, and password when you create a parent account.
Athlete Information
Your child's first and last name, date of birth, emergency contact name and phone number, and any medical notes or allergies you choose to provide.
Booking & Payment Information
Session type, scheduled date and time, and payment records. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Waiver & Consent Records
Digital signature name, consent choices (liability and photo/video), and the date the waiver was signed.
Usage Information
Standard web data such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address, collected automatically when you use our website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your parent account
- Register athletes and maintain their training records
- Process session bookings and payments
- Communicate with you about your bookings and account
- Maintain waiver and consent records as required
- Ensure the safety of participating athletes
- Improve our website and services
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With coaches at LG Athletic Performance LLC who need it to provide your sessions
- With Stripe to process payments securely
- With Supabase, our database provider, for data storage
- When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
4. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for use by parents and legal guardians on behalf of youth athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including the use of secure connections (HTTPS), encrypted authentication via Supabase, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and athlete information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Waiver records are retained as required for legal and liability purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
7. Your Rights (California Residents)
As a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
